We are a modern Public House - a restaurant, pub and somewhere to stay set on the edge of Harpenden Common and minutes from the bustling high street.  We serve Modern British food, a seasonal set menu, an accessible pub sharing menu and interesting local ales,

quality wine and exciting cocktails.

 

We offer a warm welcome whether you are coming for lunch, dinner, just a drink or to stay the night.

THE SILVER CUP

The Silver Cup is renowned for Modern British Food that’s a little bit more sophisticated than you might expect from a pub.
Our showcase seasonal set menu regularly changes and features creative dishes inspired by the best ingredients of the season. We also offer a pub sharing menu within our bar area which is perfect for a snack with a glass of wine or a sharing meal.

Enjoy interesting classic ales and larger from Charles Wells. We have curated an interesting wine list and cocktails in a relaxed and contemporary setting.

STAY

Upstairs we have four comfortable en-suite bedrooms, perfect for an overnight stay if you are visiting friends or family in Harpenden or are here for business.
